Still not working!! Please fix the error that says"You are only allowed to access Ecocash App on one device"

The updated app is not working. Its saying Im using an old app when in fact I updated. Why load something in App Store which is half baked?Ironically the new version was supposed to attend to branding issues which brand you have just damaged profusely. Please clean the mess.

I have a new phone and now the app will not work - cant use Ecocash on more than one device. I cleared everything off my old phone. Very painful!!!

The device registration element needs serious attention. Also facing the same challenge with logging in after an update on iPhone 6.

Gone are the days of complicated USSD prompts with this app! Life made easy!

Used to like the app but since i got a new phone it wont let me use it on my new device...Disappointed

Fix the update issue, it keeps on saying you are using old version of the App after updating.had to reinstall the App, but its not working .

Kindly polish up the update. Its not working. Keeps crashing

This latest update 2 May 16 has messed up the app you really need to attend asap

Installed the update, but now every time I open the app, I receive a message saying that I am using an old version of the app, kindly update to the new version from the App Store. Sad as the old version worked great

Being using this app all along. Today I update to version 4.1.0; now its saying I am using an older version of the app. Please fix.

I upgraded from iPhone5 to iPhone 6, its now telling me I can only use it on one device. Should I then down grade for the sake of it

downloaded it but never gt a chance to use it. always crashin and as well takin time to load. and now i deleted the app and reinstalled it,now whenever i wanna log in,it says u cn only use on one device of which i dnt indastand what that means.

I hope I can finally make purchases through the App Store and within apps that use the App Store now so I wont rate yet but if it can be confirmed it would be great

the apps keeps refusing my login on the same device. deleted the app and redownloaded it several times but still says u cn only run on one device (sic)

The app was all good till I formatted my phone, after reinstalling the app it says u only allowed to use it on one device when I input my mobile number and pin code. Its the same device I have been using all along. Its such a letdown when u want to use it at a critical time. I hope they fix it
